Our itineraries, as presented on this site, are subject to changes due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances that would not be our responsibility. Therefore, in case of delay or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances and beyond our control, we will try to find an alternative to the subscribed circuit. We will not refund the amount of your payment but keep as a credit for another stay of the current season of your choice.
Reminders and special offers
For Myanmar‘s cruise, please first send us a copy of your passport for pre-immigration declarations of Myanmar 15 days in advance. Bring new bills in US Dollars for visa fees corresponding to the amount corresponding to your cruise and 2 passport photos.

Booking confirmation
We ask you a deposit of 30% of the amount of your stay to confirm your booking. You can pay us by bank transfer to our bank account via Swift transfer or using TransferWise (Affiliated link with free fees offered for your 1st transfer creating your 1st account with Trasnferwise). During the new Covid-19 threat, book with confidence as cancellation or change of schedule will be free of charge until back to normal situation.
Cancellation and Covid-19 updates
During this unusual period, we are updating our cancellation policy and allow you to cancel or postpone your cruise at no charge (excluding transfer and exchange fees in case of refund) in the event of border closures, flight cancellations or quarantine. On the other hand, without any notice from you, we will keep the sums paid on the day of your scheduled departure.
